Mark Alan Gerber is the managing Broker of Park View Realty. He has lived in the Central Florida area for the last 20 years and earned his bachelor degree in Legal Studies with a specialization in Estates and Property Law from the University of Central Florida. He is also a State Certified Residential Appraiser, which is very rare for a Realtor to have a full background in appraising and this ensures our clients are working with a realistic valuation of the property, either to Sell, Buy or Rent for Investment.

An experienced professional, his resume includes the Department of State, AECOM, SOS International, L-3 Communications and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. With a diverse background in Finance and Program Management, this attribute compliments the schedule, cost and scope associated with the buying and selling of real estate. He is proficient in contracting and financial compliance, process’ requiring the attention to detail to ensure the accuracy needed for our clients. His education includes an B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Management from Columbia College and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. His hobbies include photography, mountain biking, camping, and taking his Jeep Rubicon out to get dirty.
